Those cars are test mules, defect cars, and pre production that were made before crash tests and are not allowed to be sold.
Every company does it. Import and domestic.

they should just sell the bodies so people can use them for demolition derbies and racing modified or superstock cars....something to that effect where they will get banged up anyways...
