Most of the times I've been pulled over, I've completely deserved it. And since I've generally gotten off with warnings, I can't really complain about any of the treatment I've received. But if you've got a bone to pick with the man—or want to call out an officer for going above and beyond—you should totally head over to RateMyCop.com. The site appears to have lists of the officers staffing given police departments, and while the content is a little thin, there's still plenty of hilarious stuff posted there. I really liked Mary Priterno's post about CHP Officer Leo Arace—"What a hunk! He sure makes my mouth water. I would love to have him pursue me on foot."—and Abq_Citizen's comments about Albuquerque's  Joseph R. Byers—"Will play fast and loose with the truth in order to get convictions. Presently working as a school services officer after something akin to a breakdown resulting from his marriage."—but there's plenty of other hilarious stuff posted. You know some cops have to be pissed.
