This pic was obviously a good choice for the Caption Contest, as there were a ton of great submissions. Unfortunately, there were more than a few that the VPs won't let me "dignify with a response." So let me state some guidelines I used to select this week's winners. First, if your name is Tim DeLong, you're immediately disqualified. The fact that we tore around Vegas in a Gallardo means you'll never win a Caption Contest—sorry buddy. And I wasn't stoked about the whole misspelling-words-to-sound-like-redneck thing. Misspelling words on purpose just isn't rock and roll, and I'm more rock and roll than Motley Crue stuffed inside Chuck Berry. So our first runner-up is Ash, who came up with "GM's new Suburban provides aid to families with foreclosed homes," and our second is Shreffy, who dropped "You might be a redneck if... Your truck has more doors than your house does!" But the clear winner was Michael Johnson with: "You think he has a lot of doors... You should see how many keys he has." Sorry, that's just funny. Congrats to all! And stay tuned, we'll launch another Caption Contest tomorrow!

The is probably the coolest redneck limo we've seen, and we can't wait to see what you all come up with. Do you think it has enough doors? You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great big bag of CarDomain swag. And remember to leave a link to your Ride Page so I can contact you. Unfortunately, if you live outside the United States, you'll have to pay your own postage. Good luck!

Since the Caption Contest has been generating so many entries, we decided it might be a good idea to start naming runners up in addition to the winner. How can we be so generous? We can't really explain, it's just the way we are. So without further ado, here are this week's runners up. Our second runner up is Jim, who came up with "$#!t...get the ice scraper," and our first runner up is Raymond Curtis, who submitted "Frosty the Snowman's family will never forget that fateful day when his airbag accidentally deployed." But our overall winner is Rob Krider, who came up with "And that was the last time Dad asked me to shovel the driveway." Congrats gentlemen! If you didn't win, don't worry! We'll have another Caption Contest tomorrow!

There isn't any context to this photo, but I'm thinking it has to be some kind of practical joke. Either that, or someone totally pissed off the snow plow dude. But the really cool thing about this pic is that it's the first reader submission to make the Caption Contest! For his efforts, we're sending Stephen a t-shirt. If you come across something you think would work, send it to tips@cardomain.com. If we use it, I'll hook you up. That's all for this week, so have at it. Good luck!

Every week, it's taking me longer and longer to go through all the entries. But hey, I'm not complaining—the submissions keep getting better and better! While there were a bunch of really funny entries this week—along with a couple of lame Mastercard "priceless" ones—it didn't hurt that Brian referenced one of SNL's all-time funniest skits in his entry. Dude, you really had us laughing with: "Are you sure this is the right address? I thought he said he lived in a van down by the river." Congrats man, we're going to hook you up with a bunch of CarDomain swag. Tune in tomorrow for the next installment of the Caption Contest!

The resolution of this photo is kind of crappy, but I still think it's hilarious. How content does the SUV look on the bottom of the pool? Of course, some of you might think you could do a better job finding pics for this contest, and honestly, I hope you're right. So if you come across something you think would work, send it to tips@cardomain.com. If we use it, I'll hook you up with a t-shirt. That's all for this week, so have at it. You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great big bag of CarDomain swag. And remember to leave a link to your Ride Page so I can contact you. Good luck!

Last week's contest set an all time record—over 800 people submitted captions! We actually had so many entries, that all the traffic briefly took down the blog. Seriously! I actually had to open the door to the server room so our machines could get a little fresh air, and they didn't come back up until I gave them some bourbon to kill the pain. But of course, there can only be one winner, and this week, it's Samir, who came up with: "Oh man, I knew I shouldn't have eaten that Honda." Congrats man! Tune in tomorrow for the next installment of our freakishly popular Caption Contest!

I saw this on Corey's Saturn SL ride page and figured it was worthy of a caption contest. So have at it. Here's John's verbiage: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great big bag of CarDomain swag. And remember to leave a link to your Ride Page so I can contact you. Good luck!
This picture had us all laughing, so it's no wonder you guys were losing it too. I honestly wish I had some back story on this incident, because I'd really like to know how the hell this massive machine wound up on it's back. But while I can't shine any light on that, I can tell you who won the Caption Contest. This week's winner is Chris, who came up with: "I guess Cats don't always land on their feet." Bravo buddy! Tune in tomorrow for the next installment of our freakishly popular Caption Contest!

These dudes look pretty proud of themselves don't they? And rightly so. After all, it must have taken a bunch of stupid decisions to get that truck flipped over. You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great big bag of CarDomain swag. And remember to leave a link to your Ride Page so I can contact you. Good luck!

Wow! We got a ton of really great entries this week! And while I say that about every Caption Contest, most of the time, I'm lying. Just kidding. Anyway, it was pretty tough to pick a winner this week, but in the end, we went with D. Braxton's submission: "The new Mercedes WTF Class—turning heads for all the wrong reasons." That's just really funny. Congrats man, we're going to hook you up with a bunch of CarDomain swag. Tune in tomorrow for the next installment of our freakishly popular Caption Contest!

This is probably one of the strangest cars that's ever down the editorial pipe, and unfortunately, there wasn't any information included along with the photo. But while we'd like to know everything there is to know about this Franken-wagen, we're actually more stoked to see what kind of crazy caption you guys will come up with. So have at it! You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great big bag of CarDomain swag. And remember to leave a link to your Ride Page so I can contact you. Good luck!

Well, I have to hand it to all the folks who commented. You all took this demonstration of complete stupidity and made it even funnier. But of course, there can only be one winner, and this week, it's Brandon. Congrats man, we're sending you out a great big bag of CarDomain swag! Check out his winning caption below, and tune in tomorrow for the next installment of CarDomain's caption contest!

Well son, I did say you had to drive it until the wheels fell off.
Just so we're all clear here, these idiots actually towed this car using a floor jack. As someone who has face-planted more times than I can count—thanks for all the scars, skateboarding!—because of a pebble in the road, I'm completely at a loss here. So you're going to have to help. Friendly reminder: the Visa thing about how much everything costs? Bo-ring. Sorry, I already know that bathtub meth is "priceless." That said, have at it! You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST
next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great

Well, I have to hand it everyone who entered this week. Nobody broke the rules and made fun of a mentally handicapped people. Bravo! But of course, only one person can win, and this week, I had to give it to Tyler. Congrats man! Your caption had us all rolling. Check out his entry below. And if you didn't win, don't worry. You'll have another shot tomorrow! Stay tuned!

This new bus is for sale to the public. Now with a 5-Star rollover safety rating!
I don't even know where to begin with this shot, so there are no rules this week. Ok, that's not true. I don't want anyone making fun of disabled people. But that's it—so let 'em rip! You know the drill: come up with a caption for the picture below by noon PST
next Thursday. If you submit the funniest one, we'll send you a great
big bag of CarDomain swag. Good luck!
