We're in the final round of voting in the Black Magic Face Off and Steven's Fiero is killing Joe's Camaro. Voting ends June 8, so Joe still has a shot, but with almost 300 votes Steven has a huge lead. The lucky winner gets $1000. Woo hoo!
This latest Face Off battle threatened to turn ugly, but the owners of both the Grand National and the Corvette piped up in comments to shut down the hate. Classy move, guys! Thanks for playing with such obvious sportsmanship. Glenn will take the free set of tires from Discount Tire for his 'Vette, but both of these rides are clearly deserving of the recognition they've earned. Enjoy!
For the last Face Off of the season, we're setting a pair of ultra-burly race cars head to head. Glenn's '66 Corvette has a supercharged 426 big-block and a racing history that stretches back to its new-car days; Damon's '86 Grand National gets 1200 hp out of a built 355 with a custom-made twin-turbo setup, and gets some unbelievable times at the drag strip. Both cars are insanely built and obscenely fast—but only one will come away a free set of meats from Discount Tire. Vote now!
Despite the close match between our muscle car-contestants in last week's very heated Face Off, the battle yielded another lop-sided victory, this time for Emilio's Duster! Congratulations, man—you'll get a free set of tires for that tough ride from Discount Tire.
With this week's Face Off, the muscle war rages on. We've got Jim's supercharged 1250-hp Nova up against Emilio's 9-second Duster. Both cars have extensively documented builds, and both are extremely tough—but only one can win a free set of tires from Discout Tire. Cast your vote now!
Face Off this week between Dennis's Camaro and Scott's Mustang was rife with nail-biting suspense, as the contenders battled within razor-slim margins right up until the bitter end. When the polls finally closed, the Mustang was ahead by a mere 9 votes, making this the closest Face Off in history. Now if this were the 2000 elections, we might just give the tires to the Camaro, but here at CarDomain we don't roll like that. Good job to both for a fair fight, and congrats to Scott, who will receive a hard-earned set of tires from Discount Tire!
Next up for Face Off, we've got a couple of tough Reagan-era rides: Dennis's 3rd-gen Camaro and Scott's Fox-body Mustang. Each of these cars is ultra-built and very well documented, but only one will come away with a new set of tires from Discount Tire. Cast your vote now to decide who gets 'em!
As some predicted, Dan's 442 killed Ryan's GTO in last week's Face Off, getting almost 75% of the vote. I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that modded beats stock on CarDomain. We'll have another American muscle match-up next week, so stay tuned.
This week's Face Off will be the first in a series of serious muscle match-ups. To start things off, we've rustled up a couple of less-conventional specimens from the year 1970: an Olds 442 W-30 versus a Pontiac GTO Judge. Take a look at each of these fearsome rides and then cast your vote to decide which one gets a new set of tires from Discount Tire!
In our latest Face Off battle, Bri's badass Rover pummeled Bobby's burly H2 by a margin of 5-to-1. Congrats to Bri, who will be receiving a new set of rubber bands from Discount Tire to wrap around his 24" DUBS!
Blacked-out wheels or blacked-out interior? Land Rover or H2? For this week's Face Off, we've got two tricked-out monster SUV's on the block. Since only one of these hulks will come away with a super-huge set of low-pros from Discount Tire, be sure to get your votes in now!
In last week's Face Off, shimniok's Grand Wagoneer delivered a sound clobbering to Todd's Land Cruiser, making off with a whopping 81% of the votes. It looks like Discount Tire will be shipping out some mighty big tires for the beast known as "Troubled Child." Congrats, shimniok!
Big old tough-as-nails SUVs are hot, especially when they're used for things other than commuting between the suburbs and the office. This week's Face Off contenders have certainly earned their extreme-wheelin' creds: shimniok's '86 Jeep Grand Wagoneer has been crawling the unforgiving terrain of Colorado and Moab for ten years, but is also set up to be steetable enough to reach far-flung trail heads by highway. Todd's '84 Toyota FJ60 Land Cruiser can tackle some equally gnarly California wilderness trails (and streams!), and was even featured in 4WD Toyota Owner Magazine last spring. However, only one of these burly beasts can win a new set of skins from Discount Tire Co. Cast your vote now for your favorite!
While the battle between the two Fords was close, Blaze's 1986 Crown Victoria sedan finished solidly ahead with 58% of the votes. Congrats to Blaze, who will receive a $500 gift certificate for the CarDomain Store courtesy of Mobil 1. A neat twist is that the owners of the two Fords are friends in real life, and Blaze promises some pics in the near future of the cars together—once the victorious Vic is decked out in performance goodies from the store, of course!
This time around, we've got a pair of Reagan-era Blue Ovals going head to head. But wait: these aren't your average grocery getters. Blaze's Crown Victoria has a built-up 5.0L HO, while Mike's Country Squire wagon runs a super-clean crate motor from a '96 Explorer. These tough Fords seem pretty closely matched in terms of power output, and best of all, each of the ride pages has tons of videos of track, strip, and burnouts. For the winner of this week's Face Off, Mobil 1 is springing for a $500 shopping spree at the CarDomain Store. So don't forget to vote for your favorite!

In last week's Face Off battle between the two lowered Chevy trucks, Mike's classic C10 delivered a sound clobbering to Adam's Silverado. Both trucks are great, but the people have spoken, and the C10 will receive the new set of skins from Discount Tire Co. Congratulations, Mike!
For this week’s Face Off, we’re bringing back the trucks—this time, it’s a couple of awesome lowered Chevies. Mike’s big-block 1969 C10 has undergone a frame-off restoration and a lot of custom bodywork, and we think it looks pretty sweet in CarDomain orange. Adam’s incredible ’97 Silverado custom convertible, with its flame job and lambo doors, needs to be seen to be believed. Be sure to get in your vote for the truck that you think deserves to drive away with a set of new tires from Discount Tire Co!
Motley Crew and jazmon were separated by just one vote last Wednesday. Well, Motley Crew managed to widen the gap to 19 votes over the weekend. So congrats to Billy for winning our closest Face Off yet!
