Insane Wheelstand Sequence: A ’32 Chevy Sedan On the Bumper!

This ain’t no freaking street rod! This killer action sequence was captured by Action Racing Photos, a drag racing photography outfit in the New England area. Denis LeBlanc operates the company and along with shooter Jay Spinella, caught this 1932 Chevy trying to turn itself over backwards at New England Dragway in Epping, New Hamphire.

According to Jay Spinella, the car is packing a 550ci big-block Chevy engine and the guys who run it were having trouble getting the car to hook up so they made a change with the ladder bars. 1932 Ford Coupe From Sweden

I was pretty blown away by this thing when it first turned up in the pages of Hot Rod a few months back. This ’32 Ford was built by Tomas Svenningson in Sweden as an AWD track car powered by a turbo Volvo inline-5. Crazy, huh? Well, it finally made it to HotRod.com, so those of you without a subscription to the mag can finally check it out.
