Headed to Road America!

By John Coyle

Editor

Last night, I landed in Milwaukee at about half past seven, and I drove through the downtown core before heading north to my hotel near Road America. I was actually looking to get some shots of the Harley-Davidson museum, but even thought I followed all the signs—or thought I did, anyway—I must have missed it. I guess I’ll have to try to find Hog Heaven on my way to the airport on Sunday. I also neglected to print directions to my hotel—a symptom of my mistaken belief that I can always navigate perfectly, regardless of how unfamiliar I am with a given area—so I had only slightly better luck finding that. But after two wrong turns and about 35 unnecessary miles, I made it. Right now, I’m headed to the track to check in with the folks from the BP team. Stay tuned!
