Craft Japan’s Audi TT

I was checking out random Japanese websites today and came across a recent photo shoot of this Audi TT. Now I don’t post much Audi content here, but this Japanese tuned TT is pretty incredible. It has all of the usual Japanese touches from the Japanese produced BBS LM wheels to the vented hood and functional aero kit. By the way, for those wondering, yes BBS makes some of their wheels in Japan and not all of them in Germany.

Looks like this car will soon be featured in Japan’s Auto Fasion Imp magazine.

Check out these crazy headlights by the way. Not really sure if I like all of what they did here, but it’s interesting at the least.

The guys at Craft are definitely on top of their Euro game. I’ll leave you with another car they’ve built, the ever classic Ericsson kitted M3

In keeping with the recent theme of terribly done flames, I spied this Audi a flambe in the parking lot at the German equivalent of Home Depot. I wanted to wait around for the owner and score it for my LeMons efforts. Don’t you just love the fact that there are crazy rednecks in Germany, too? The surreal flames are perfect on this total beater.

This A4 wagon belongs to Brian, he is one of the guys who runs Rotiform. When you run a business that sells wheels you better have a nice set yourself. So Brian opted for the NUE wheels in 20″x10 with a 3″step lip all round. To make them even more special he coated them in a candy teal finish with polished lips.

Bad Guys Drive Black Audis

This may look like something out of a movie, but it’s real footage of thieves hijacking an armored car in Marseille, France two days ago:

The robbers stole 2.1 million euros from the Loomis cash transit van, which was carrying between six and seven million euros. On Monday morning, a group of ten heavily-armed robbers used stolen vehicles to block the van before blowing open the back and making off with the money. They escaped in two black Audis. One was discovered in Aix-en-Provence and another near Bouches-du-Rhône. The last time the cars were seen was near Vitrolles soon after the robbery. A stolen bus was also used in the hold-up. The robbers filled it with tyres, which they set on fire to create a smokescreen at the time of the attack.

S4K V8 Track Car
