Bullrun Episode Six: Dart is Dismissed
By Mike Musto
RideLust.com
Bullrun Episode Six has now come and gone, with our favorite little green Dodge Dart getting the boot. For the participants, this is the point in the show where they are probably starting to think that they may actually have a shot at winning. The weaker teams have been let go and those who remain are there either because of driving skill or navigational prowess. More…

Bullrun Episode 4: Team Evo Gone… Dart Dead?
By Mike Musto
RideLust.com
Wow, season II’s fourth episode really kicked it up a notch. We had yelling and screaming (VW guys at Evo), new rivalries (Avalanche vs. Solstice), cars being totaled (Evo & Dart), loads of obligatory explosions, and of course, Steve from Team Corvette. Not sure if everyone caught the “Behind the Scenes” moment where Steve made fun of Team Ferrari and if you didn’t it’s too bad ’cause this dude had me crackalackin’! Bravo Steve! We also saw a little sporting rivalry between Goldberg and Bear from Team Avalanche in regards to a Georgia shirt that Bill made him wear and that Bear eventually turned into an oil rag and tire cleaner.

Buh Bye Team Ferrari

Oh the drama of Bullrun…
I think it’s safe to say that everyone hates Team Evo, the VW guys especially. Like any good reality show there must be drama which episode 3 delivered big time. I don’t want to waste too much time on the Evo guys except to say that I think they are out next episode. In next week’s preview it shows Team Evo bouncing through a fence, then bouncing over dirt, then bouncing one more time making the front end of that thing disintegrate. My opinion is it’s game over for those two. This, however, presents a problem. I mean who is everyone going to hate now?
But I digress. Many things happened in last nights episode, one of which was the birth of Team Camaro. I say birth because this is the first time they’ve actually spoken, and it was good to hear from them. Bravo gents. I also learned that the Shelby Boys are running a fuel cell in that Mustang. Did anyone else catch that? I mean these are things I would’ve liked to have known from the get go just so I knew how level the playing field was.

Bullrun Season II First Impressions
By Mike Musto
RideLust.com
It’s been two years since the first season of Bullrun aired on Spike TV. It was met with mixed emotions by car enthusiasts. Some thought it was kind of goofy for a car show. Others, however, loved it. I have a soft spot for it because, well… I was on it. From an experience standpoint, it was probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. From seeing parts of the country that I never dreamed of, to doing things to my car that I NEVER thought I would do, to simply experiencing how a big budget TV show is made. All of it was a great experience.
I just finished watching the first episode of the new season on Speed TV and it looks as though some things changed for the better and some for the worse. First off, there’s WWE superstar and Bullrun host Bill Goldberg. In Season 1 of the show I think everyone felt that Bill was WAY under-utilized. He just didn’t have enough participation in the show and with the cast. This season it seems as though he’s more involved in the action, which is a really good thing. Bill is a no BS guy who just tells it like it is. If you screw up, he’ll tell you. If he doesn’t like you, he’ll tell you. And if he REALLY doesn’t like you, well, then you’d better move far away.
