Way back in the day, I actually used to deliver mattresses and furniture, and it was easily the most physically demanding job I’ve had. Ever. Of course, I drove a truck that had enough space for ten or so stops, so I never had to resort to anything like this to secure my load. But even though I’ve heard variations on this joke, like, ten thousand times, it was kind of funny to hear it with the sexual connotation removed. So this week’s winner is leojmcca, who came up with; “I’m not sure if I like this mattress, let me take it for a test drive.” Congrats man. When I first saw this absurd mod, I almost wanted to call it case of over-thinking, but since that would imply some brain cells were involved, it really wouldn’t be accurate. I’m still trying to decide whether this intake fail demonstrates less knowledge than this custom brake fiasco, but that’s really irrelevant. Anyway, this week’s winner is tribaltatz, who came up with; “Now I can drive underwater!” It’s simple, to the point, and most importantly, funny. Congrats man. Man, I almost forgot to pick a caption contest winner today. People really went nuts for this one.
