CarDomain’s Showoff Of The Week on Her Way To SEMA
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Kerryann has done an amazing job on her R32 GT-R–not only is this ride unbelievably rare, but it’s a fully legitimate little track brawler as well. She’ll be running it in Redline Time Attack for the 2011 season, but before that there’s one little stop to make–at the SEMA show! The R32 will be displayed there as one of the Seibon feature cars, and Kerryann will be there too, representing at the Enkei booth. Congratulations Kerryann, we’ll see you in Vegas!

Flame On
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
First of all, it’s pretty hilarious that there’s a Daihatsu called the “Charade.” (Come on, what does that even mean in this context?). Second, the Human Torch motif of this flaming paint scheme is brilliant. Check out wakin’s ride page for more–he’s done a pretty burly engine swap, among other things.

Bigg Brown

At first I thought this was a photochop. But then I remembered seeing Brad’s Ranger on the site a while back. So why the Excursion?
I have been into minitrucks for the past 10 years, but when the family starts to grow you need more room. This Excursion will be able to go to shows and carry the family, and maybe even still tow my Ford Ranger.
See more pics on Brad’s Ford Excursion ride page!

Time-Lapse Bodywork
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Serg, this week’s SOTW, has done some amazing video documentation of all the crazy stuff he’s done to his Eclipse. Better yet, he’s compressed the footage so you can see the project coming together before your eyes. The time-lapse bodykit and side-intake install video is below–I sure wish my own bodywork project was going this efficiently! Check out the rest at Serg’s ride page.

Tastefully Underglowed Grand Am
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Ever since I put my foot in my mouth the other week by suggesting that no one’s doing neon anymore, I’ve been noticing lots of tasty underglow on CarDomain. Check out Sean’s nicely-appointed Grand Am. In addition to the nice combination of the popsicle red with the silver, I’m definitely digging the wheels. Check out the ride page!

Cute Product Alert: Gearhead Chess
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
Our buddies at RevRods, who were featured in Photo of the Day recently, have created a mockup of their new product: a chess set made out of engine and transmission components. Nice idea, and it’s one that anyone with access to a junkyard and a bit of black and white spraybomb could fabricate for themselves. For the lazy, RevRods is taking orders for custom-fabbed sets here.
