Riccardo Patrese Takes Wife for a Hot Lap

Over the course of his F1 career, Riccardo Patrese competed in an astounding 257 races, but from the looks of this video, his wife still isn’t totally comfortable with his driving ability. This was shot while the pair lapped Spain’s Jerez Circuit in a Civic Type-R, and careful viewers might be able to detect that Mrs. Patrese isn’t entirely comfortable riding shotgun. Ok, anyone with eyes or ears will be able to tell. But seriously, while she does spent most of this video screaming her head off—wait for "Mama Mia!" just before the three-minute mark—and making obscene gestures, by the end she’s cracking up, so it’s unlikely this hot lap did any lasting damage to the couple’s marriage.
