I couldn’t find any information as to the actual sculpture this artwork is based on, but it is a depiction of the Madonna and the body of her son Jesus. If I remember anything about the original, it is sculpted in Italian marble, and housed in either the Vatican, or the Louvre. Anyway, this is a very well done piece of art.

The Detail of the Angels on each door is also very well done. It is truly an Italian Masterpiece decorated by other Italian works of art.

To be honest, I wasn’t all that pumped on the finished product—remember that thing about how a Lamborghini would get you girl’s phone numbers?—but watching all the killer camera cars and the logistics behind the production was pretty awesome. And it’s not like there’s a lack of sexy Italian eye-candy either…
