By Fireball Tim

The Black Beauty is one of the coolest movie cars ever produced! Originally built by Dean Jeffries for the TV Show, later found in a junkyard by George Barris and rebuilt, this lady of the small screen has been on task for years. And now, with a new film, she’s gonna be even nastier!
Only three days on this auction! It can be parked in your driveway, or on your shelf… whatever works. And I’m throwin’ in a free t-shirt!!!! And that just makes it plain cool.

Black Beauty Wrecked!!
By Fireball Tim

Did Kato wreck the Black Beauty? Yes. Was it supposed to be wrecked? Hm.
Although this looks like an accident on set, it also looks planned. As in, “we menat to do that.” And since there were several Black Beauty’s built for the film, there’s a good chance that this is a set up. The only givaway is the fact that for an accident, it’s kinda cheesy. Keep you posted.

Unveiled at Comic Con, this beast is workin.’ In the words of Seth Rogen, “this car had to be something to able to drive on the street.” Maybe those guns are a giveaway, but probably not. More shots at my blog.

Fireball Dissects The Green Hornet

Lots of people are looking forward to Seth Rogen’s Green Hornet. And with Cameron Diaz and Nicholas Cage now on board, it makes sense. But some of you think that this is gonna be a new movie, when it’s actually a remake of an old 60′s TV Show. And THAT show was a remake of a 40′s Serial! But the 60′s show was just one of the coolest shows that happened to be on TV at that time. Better than Batman and Bonanza, better than Route 66 too. Right up there with Twilight Zone and Hawaii 5-0.
And of course, with any successful crime fighter, this Green dood had a sidekick and cool car. Kato was the sidekick (Bruce Lee), and the Black Beauty was the car. It had rocket launchers, super cool sonar and a bunch of other doodads. But if you liked cars and Martial Arts as much as I did, then this series was the bomb. It was nothin’ but flyin’ foot fists and the smell of burnt rubber over the face of the bad guy. (The movie will actully have a story, too.)
This gallery shows the car in all it’s glory. Oil slicks, scud missiles, even a phone! What are they doing for the big budget movie? Ah, that’s a secret. Is it cooler than the original? Hm. Is it fulla cool gadgets that obliterate bad guys? Yup. Is it black? C’mon, gimme some REAL questions…
Until the movie gets closer, this is all you get, although I did post a concept I did a while back. See if you can find it…
A super modded Chrysler Imperial, thunder stumpin’ the evil doers of the planet. By the time the movie comes out, you’ll be well versed in this beast. Do it.

What Big Movies Are Coming?
By Fireball Tim

Well, whatever they are, there better be some awesome cars in ‘em. Here’s a short list. And if I have anything to do with them, I’ll be laying the car SMACKDOWN. Oh, and since I AM doing some of them now that I think of it, expect serious automotive damage coolness.
IRON MAN 2, JUSTICE LEAGUE, GREEN HORNET, PITCH BLACK 3, Jackie Chan’s KUNG FU KID, MEN IN BLACK 3, GHOSTBUSTERS 3… shall I go on? Um, ok. James Cameron’s AVATAR, GREEN LANTERN, THE FLASH, Robert Rodriguez’s PREDATORS. Yea, all small budget movies. Cheapies, like Transformers.
When are they coming out? I’ll let you know, give you links to trailers and do the inside scoop thing. You can also check my personal blog. Subscribe there if you want to get all personal, yo. Also working on my own TV show, so you’ll get a chance to see me act like an idiot on TV, too. What’s THAT show? Ahh, that is a secret. But if you watched Monster Garage and Street Tuner Challenge, then you know that I’m in to causin’ trouble. (It was really all Jesse’s fault.) There’s also two shows coming at the end of this year on Discovery. “World’s Most Expensive Rides” and a special somethin’ or other.
But for now, check out this hot trailer from my buddy David Twohy. THE PERFECT GETAWAY.
