<p>I couldn’t find any information as to the actual sculpture this artwork is based on, but it is a depiction of the Madonna and the body of her son Jesus. If I remember anything about the original, it is sculpted in Italian marble, and housed in either the Vatican, or the Louvre. Anyway, this is a very well done piece of art.</p>

<p>The Detail of the Angels on each door is also very well done. It is truly an Italian Masterpiece decorated by other Italian works of art.</p>
