Racing Camaro
By Speedhunters
Car Culture At Large
This car will race in the Camaro Cup in Sweden it will replace the older Z28 that has been used since 1999. The car uses a tube frame chassis made by HOWE Racing in the US. Ohlins suspension and Michelin tires will make sure the car handles like a true racecar. It is funny to see that this real American muscle car will be raced on the other side of the ocean. Spotted on Vizualtech. Check this Wikipedia link for more info about the Camaro Cup.

The guys at the JDM Style Tuning forums featured this car with an interview and more photo’s. This car looks brand new inside and out. It has a reworked SR20 with a host of upgrades; on the outside we see some Wise Sports fenders and Wedsport wheels (18×9.5+10F, 18×10.5+12R).

The car belongs to Logan Schlegel, he has perfected the look of his ’08 STi. He just recently added the Prodrive GC wheels in 18×10.5 +22. There is no denying this car looks good.

Just found this cool shot of an R32, R33, R34 and last but not least an R35. My choice would be the R33 because I know that particular car. Which one would you choose?

Option Stream Z

Car Culture At Large
This will happen if your tire blows out at 240km/h. It happened when Daijiro Inada tried to beat the high speed record in the Silver State Classic held in the state of Nevada. His goal was to break the record in the unlimited category. It was powered by an VQ35DE engine that had been stroked to 3.8 liter, with the help of a T88 turbo it managed to reach 800bhp.
Check this video on youtube for the crash as it happened.

Stanceworks Roadtrip

Car Culture At Large
In a hour and half I can make a cross country road trip to the west coast in Holland. Doing the same thing in the US is something else. I would love to do the same thing that Mike Burroughs did with his BMW E28, that some of you might have seen before. This rusted BMW E28 just oozes style. Thanks to the photographic eye of Mike Burroughs we can enjoy some more of shots of this amazing car taken during his trip from Nashville, TN to San Jose, CA. Continue reading at Speedhunters

Although it’s purely cosmetic, this Voltex build R35 wouldn’t look out of place on the Wangan.

Bolt On S2000
By Speedhunters
Car Culture At Large
Just stumbled upon this pic of a very wild S2000. It features a very aggressive bodykit with lots of bolt on parts like the Amuse rear bumper, Spoon hardtop and very wide fenders. The wheels are a set of aggressive looking FN-01r’s made by 5Zigen, they look to me like 17″.

Hardcore Impreza

Car Culture At Large
I wasn’t sure which side I wanted to show guys, the front or the back. I ended up choosing the front because the visual impact was greater. This thing has to be one of the hottest looking Impreza’s out there. It is rocking wheels that measure 18″x10 +1 on the rear and 18″x10 +5 in the front. For more amazing pictures of this car you can log onto the owners thread on NASIOC. First spotted on Hellaflush

AWD Mini

Car Culture At Large
I just got a link from a friend who pointed out this AWD Mini project at Super Fast Mini’s. Inside the Mini community it is very popular to enhance the performance of the car with Honda parts. It is no different with this Mini. They started with a bare shell and went to work with the custom fabrication and placing of the AWD system. On the outside we see wider fenders to accommodate the larger wheels and extra sticky tires. Continue reading at Speedhunters
