NYIAS: Scion tC and iQ Modified by Five Axis
By Rob Einaudi

I wasn’t very impressed by the “new” tC but I have to say that Five Axis did an amazing job with it. Their iQ was pretty cool, too. More pics after the jump, including all the specs!

NYIAS: Aston Martin
By Rob Einaudi

Aston Martin is building the most beautiful cars on the road these days, pure and simple. This V8 Vantage Coupe in Gulf livery almost killed me. More pics of the Aston booth after the jump, which includes a DBS Carbon Black Special Edition and the stunning Rapide Coupe.

Jeep set up this little fun park ride outside of Javits. I was hoping I’d get to drive but no such luck. Still, I had fun talking to the driver while Naderi snapped photos. More pics and a video after the jump!

NYIAS: The New Infiniti QX: A Revolting SUV
By Jim Brennan
UDMan
Infiniti’s new full-size QX SUV, unveiled yesterday, is possibly the ugliest SUV ever produced. The Infiniti design paradigm really went offtrack with this redesign, with an extra wide grill that only a fish would recognize and a peculiar reverse slant to the D-pillar. The inside is quite inviting, and it’s the best place to be if you’re sickened with the looks of this thing.

NYIAS: The New Scion iQ
By Jim Brennan
UDMan
Last year’s concept, the Toyota iQ with a Scion Badge, will be sold as a Scion here in the states this fall. Toyota claimed that the premium subcompact is “Mini-er” and “Smart-er” than the competition. They’re also calling the iQ a four-seater, but think of the rear seat as just a storage area for luggage. The concept version of the iQ on display was hot looking! Expect to see more than a few Scion iQ’s at this year’s SEMA.

NYIAS: The Kia Invasion
By Jim Brennan
UDMan
One of the most amazing things about Kia is they way they have shed their crapbox image in the matter of a couple of years. More and more, they are now producing vehicles that people actually want, rather than settle for because of their budget. Some examples include the redesigned Sportage, the brand new Forte 5-Door, and the star of the Kia Line, the all new Optima.
NYIAS: Hyundai Equus–The Budget Executive Limousine

Hyundai introduced the North American version of its full-size Equus. It’s very nice and all, but they did away with the home market hood ornament. More pics below the jump…

NYIAS: The Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin

Wandering the floor of the New York International Auto Show, I found myself at the Ford Trucks booth. There were two Raptors, a few Super Duty Trucks, a gaggle of Transit Connects, even a Lone Ranger. However, here is a truck I didn’t even know about, and I pride myself on knowing all things Truck: The Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin!

NYIAS: The New Jaguar XJ–A Design Flaw for a High Dollar Sedan….
By Jim Brennan

Last night at dinner, the CarDomain and StreetFire staff touched on good looking cars at the show, and the new Jaguar XJ came up for discussion. So what was the conversation about? Read on!

NYIAS: Bentley Supersports Convertible

I liked the color combo on this car but maybe I’m biased. But what’s up with the harness pass throughs on the seats? Where are the anchor points? More pics after the jump!
