NATS GT-K
By Rob Einaudi

How did I miss this atrocity in all the Tokyo Auto Salon coverage? Apparently it’s based on a Suzuki Cappuccino, but it’s so awful that it’s just, well, awful. More pics after the jump, if you can handle it. Otherwise, sorry for ruining your Monday.Via Jalopnik

The Most Hardcore Suzuki Jimmy Ever Made
By Ben Schaffer
The Real JDM
When I first saw this Suzuki Jimmy I thought it was just an amusing joke of a car. You know the kind, those cars that try to look like something their not and amuse us because they are so ridiculous. Yes this Suzuki is indeed still ridiculous, but upon closer inspection the owner of this car clearly knows what he/she is doing. Continue reading after the jump!

Suzuki Makai: Lawn Chairs are Everywhere
Atomicalex
Makai is Hawaiian for “close to the water”, which is exactly what you’ll be with no roof or windows. Check out the webbed seats—if you haven’t sat in an old lawnchair in a while, these will do nicely. The color-matched surfboards are a fun touch. Cool ideas, even if they have no chance of ever seeing production!

All Up In Their Booth: Suzuki at SEMA
By John Coyle
Editor
Since I never miss an opportunity to demonstrate my ignorance, I’m just going to admit that I had no idea Suzuki’s Equator won Petersen’s 4 Wheel and Off Road’s 4×4 of the year. While I haven’t driven one, I can say the example in the Suzuki booth looks ready to go through a brick wall. Now, nobody builds better bikes than Suzuki—sorry, Honda—and I’ve long thought that if the company started focusing more on its four-wheeled products, they’d be force to be reckoned with. And after looking at the Equator, the SX4s and the Grand Vitara Suzuki brought to the show this year, I’m even more convinced this company is going to come up in a big way. Check out pics of all the cars—and a really dope custom B-King bike—after the jump.

Voo Doo's Shelby-Themed 'Busa Also King of the Road
By John Coyle
Editor
Many Mustang purists would probably prefer any Pony-themed bike be based off a Harley, but as far as performance goes, there are far worse places to start than with a Hayabusa. And while the overall shape of the bike doesn’t really invoke the 1968 Shelby GT500KR that served as its inspiration, the guys at Voo Doo Industries have incorporated plenty of details to give it more of Mustang vibe. How trick does the knock-off spinner on the rear wheel look? Three more pics after the jump.

Spied: 2010 Suzuki Kizashi Mid-sized Sedan
At first, looking at the side profile from a distance, I thought that I might have stumbled upon a refresh of the Dodge Avenger. But getting up close, and seeing the Suzuki chase vehicle in the background, I realized that I had encountered the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi, with its engineering teams working on the suntans in the California desert. If you strip away the the camoflauge we’re certain that you will find a production-ready version of the Accord/Camry/Fusion/Altima competitor first shown as a concept at the 2008 New York International Automobile Show. Continue reading…
