Toyota to Thieving Techs: We Don't Love What You Do For Us.

Ever wonder if the techs are swiping stuff from your ride your when you bring it in for service? Well, after noticing that ten bucks worth of quarters were missing from his truck after an oil change, Jason had the answer. After repeated attempts to contact the manager of his local Toyota dealership—and choosing to go to another shop—he decided to return with a video camera, and the results speak for themselves. You can read all the gory details in his letter after the jump, but these guys weren’t only taking his change, they were snooping through the pill container he kept on his key chain, using racial slurs, and watching porn on a company laptop. As someone who worked as a valet—and had to suffer through these kinds stories from guests all the time—I take this kind of crap personally. Hell, I prided myself on the fact that unless the previous driver was a midget, I never ever adjusted their seat. Obviously, everyone involved has been fired, and the manager has extended the warranty of his truck. One video is below, the other is after the jump. via Consumerist.
