Well, I honestly thought this Microbus limo would be the coolest member of the VW van family, but I’ve changed my mind—this VW Transporter is my new favorite. The "waterfall" front end is reminiscent of current VW and Audi styling, and while it’s a bit extreme for me, I appreciate the effort. This T5 sports a 450hp 3.6L 6-cylinder boxer motor transplanted from a Porsche 911, rockets from 0-60 in 5.1 seconds and top out at more than 165mph. It also received a big Brembo brake upgrade, lightweight alloy wheels, hand-stitched leather interior, and a host of options, including a backup camera hidden behind the rear emblem. When reverse is selected, the emblem swings up and the camera peeps out. Pretty trick! And the the hardwood truck bed is no joke either. Want one?
