Import Face Off To Come To Michigan!

Import Face Off is coming to Michigan for the first time in history! IFO was founded in 2001, and it’s known for being the most innovative import series in the US, with event activities that follow current market trends. This is much more than just a race and show, and IFO fans spend the entire day enjoying the ultimate lifestyle event of the year. All together, series activities include: a car/truck/bike show, 1/4 mile drag racing, an Usaci stereo crank it up contest, a model expo, bikini contest, a burnout contest, DJs, live concerts, break dance battles, motorcycle and skydiving stunts, drift competitions, auto crossing, road course racing, professional midget wrestling, and mixed martial arts (ultimate fighting) exhibitions. What's to Come for 2010?

For most of the industry leaders I’ve talked to recently, getting though this year has taken a lot of effort. Satisfying wary customers and clients with tight budgets meant paying attention to the smallest of details like going that extra mile to make a tough decision which in the end makes things harder than ever. Many companies basically just seemed to try to survive while doing some long term planning. Working just to make ends meet doesn’t leave a lot of room or time to look at the big picture.
If you’re reading this and your company or your employer has survived this year, congratulations. You should be proud and have a story to tell for years. You know your company or employer must be doing something right if you managed to ride out the storm while spending slowed to a small trickle. Heading into the new year of 2010 we have a lot to look forward to but also a lot to plan for. As moviegoers prepare for The Fast And Furious Four to release in April, it’s worth taking a look at how far this so- called youth market has come since its heyday within the past ten years.
For certain it has matured, and it’s not necessary to blow out the candles on Vin Diesel’s 42nd birthday cake as evidence of that. While older Hondas, Nissans and Jettas are still modified by enthusiasts in their teens and early twenties, the market has been blessed with purchases of vehicles whose price tags are associated with slightly older and more established buyers.
