Upload a StreetFire Video, Win $100
By John Naderi
StreetFire.net
Greetings, CarDomain blog populace, I’m Nads, bearer of the world’s most unfortunate nickname and executive editor of StreetFire.net. I want to clue you in on a little promotion we’re doing over at StreetFire. Actually it’s a really, really big promotion. It’s our – cue dramatic pause to build anticipation – Weekly. Video. Shootout!
All you need to do is upload a video to StreetFire and click on the “Contest” link in the categories. If your video has the most views in a given week you can win $100. It’s that simple! Click here for complete contest details.
Last week’s winner of a crisp, clean Benji was StreetFire member, Driftgarage. While we would have preferred more Challenger and less Reggae Floyd on the soundtrack it probably won because it was the first look at this new drift car. It was also much better than my submission, which you can see after the jump.

Video of Mustang Skateboarding
Tampa Sports Car Examiner
The latest marketing creation from Ford shows a late model Mustang tearing up the urban streets with skateboarders. The idea and concept is great, but the general consensus on the web is that they could have done a much better job on the CGI. Read more about the Mustang skateboarding at Tampa Sports Car Examiner.

Has the Artsy Drift Montage Jumped the Shark?
By John Naderi
StreetFire.net
Before I begin you should know that as the executive editor of StreetFire.net I love me some drift montage videos. And it should be noted that I did not ask the question presented in the title of this entry – believe it not, it was one of the filmmakers who produced these videos. I will protect his identity to spare him from the potential of a beat down with a sock full of P2 cards, some pursuit bars from a fixie, or whatever it is these artistic types use to submit beat downs.
With all of this in mind allow me to present the first (and potentially only) StreetFire Fab Friday Formula D Film Festival. I have three short form videos all from the some of the biggest names in drift video filmmaking (these guys are bigger than ever, its the monitors that got smaller!). All were shot at the latest FD Seattle stop. Our first submission is from Will “Cheesecake” Roegge, arguably the Quentin T of this genre. He also gets to go first because we worked together and he knows where the bodies are buried. Hit the jump to see a couple more deep and moody clips from FD Seattle and vote for your favorite in the comments. Or you can just tell us you hate these kinds of videos.

5th-Wheel Parking Solution
By Jen Dunnaway

Tight parking spaces? No problem. Check out what people are coming up with in other parts of the world to avoid buying Smart cars. I bet it’d work great for moving non-running vehicles around the garage too!

Jay Leno Takes World's Fastest Production Car For A Spin
Bick66
Check out this video from Jay’s Garage on the 257-mph SSC Ultimate Aero. I’m proud to say that this American-made supercar holds the current Guinness world record for being the fastest production car ever built. The best part is that there just happens to be one for sale on eBay–anyone interested?
Watch the video here, check out the auction here, and follow the jump for more pics of this incredible machine.

Wagenwerks: Nice Videos!
Weston Henderson
So these guys obviously have some serious production value. And a LOT of time on their hands. Pretty sure we need to have these guys hook up the CarDomain staff and make some similar videos for our beater cars! Check out my other favorite Wagenwerks video below the jump, and check out more of their stuff here.
