Today’s photo is from Adam’s ride page, and was taken at Fantasy of Flight in Florida. As someone who is constantly scheming to get my ride photographed alongside airplanes, I totally dig this.

Las Vegas xB

Car Culture At Large
Just saw some cool shots of this Scion xB on wheresneek. It belongs to one of the members at bB Squad. Taking photos is one thing but finding a cool location to shoot them is a whole different ball game. It all depends on where you live I guess.

Cool Booth: Scion At SEMA
By Jen Dunnaway
Editor
It seems like Scion’s booth gets better with each successive SEMA. This time around, it seemed to be scaled down a little from last year, but that made for a more efficient delivery–Scion’s offerings really were all fun, no filler. Every single vehicle present had undergone extreme modifications, like the roofless Cartell Customs tC below the jump, or was being used to showcase some visionary over-the-top concept, like the “mobile kitchen” xB, the wood-bed pickup conversion with the moped in the back, or the “DJ 2.0″ by Five Axis–complete with lights and disco balls, a monster Pioneer sound system, and a mini dance floor. A trio of rides from Scion’s xB Tuner Challenge rounded out the fleet, including this turbocharged xB by Peter Colello. The theme for the booth was “Become One Of Us By Becoming None Of Us,” in keeping with the brand’s emphasis on individualism and transformation. Follow the jump for more pics and a video tour.

Check out this awesome custom gauge setup in David’s Scion xB. To quote Dave—a Vegas native—it’s “amazing what can be done with a scanner and photoshop.” Nice work, man!

Finishline West's Ultra-Smooth xB Headed for SEMA
By John Coyle
Editor
When the new xB was released, there was a little bit of a backlash from folks who didn’t exactly love the chopped roof and tweaked dimensions. But even die-hard fans of the old model—I like to think of it as the "racing toaster"—have to appreciate how silky smooth Finishline West’s xB came out. I chose this pic because I like how it shows off slick body lines, but the guys have also shod this baby with a sick set of multi-color wheels, and they really bring the whole look together. We’ll make sure to get tons of pics from the floor at SEMA, but in the meantime, check out Finishline West’s ride pages and head over to its official site for even more pics!

Roach Coach xB
By Rob Einaudi
Editor-in-Chief
Scion always has some of the most inventive (and goofy) cars at SEMA, and the Roach Coach, designed by Kenton Parker, is no exception. Based on catering truck, the xB will have a fridge, stove, sink, countertop area, oven and a large service window on the side. We will definitely hunt this one down at SEMA next month and get you some real life shots.

The AC Propulsion eBox won the award for the greenest track car at the Ultimate Track Car Challenge back in June. Josh kindly gave us this little demonstration while we were out at Buttonwillow.
